This license is granted to the purchasing church or ministry (“the Church”) upon purchase of a Complete Church Kit. A copy is included inside every kit.
The Church may
- Perform the licensed song in its worship services, rehearsals and ministry events, using the included accompaniment tracks and sheet music.
- Stream or archive performances of the song as part of its regular service livestream on the Church’s own channels — YouTube, Facebook, the church website and similar.
- Print up to twenty (20) copies of the included sheet music for its musicians, vocalists and choir members.
- Transfer the tracks to the devices used for worship — sound booth computer, tablets, or presentation software.
The Church may not
- Sell, share or redistribute the tracks or sheet music outside the purchasing church.
- Upload the accompaniment tracks to any public platform as standalone audio.
- Use the tracks or arrangements in paid ticketed events or commercial recordings without separate written permission.
Scope
This license covers one (1) church or ministry location. Additional campuses each require their own kit purchase. The license runs with the purchase and does not expire.
