Shipping policy

Digital products

Sheet music, accompaniment tracks, church kits and the digital album are instant downloads. Nothing ships, and no shipping is charged. Your download links arrive by email as soon as your payment clears — usually within a minute or two. If they have not arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@thepromisequartet.com and we will send them straight to you.

CDs

Our discs are manufactured to order rather than kept in a warehouse, so each one is pressed, printed and wrapped after you buy it. That keeps the price down and means we never run out of stock.

Production: most orders are manufactured and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: standard shipping within the United States typically arrives 5–10 business days after dispatch. The estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate one for your address.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, we add it to your order and you will receive an email with the number. Some economy services do not offer tracking; if your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

We cannot change an address once a disc has gone into production. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will cancel if we still can.

Orders that never arrive

If your CD has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, email hello@thepromisequartet.com. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — see our Return and refund policy. Please do not post a disc back to us; our manufacturer discards returned items.

Outside the United States

We can ship internationally. Delivery times vary widely by country, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.
