What we sell

Digital sheet music, accompaniment tracks and church kits delivered as instant downloads, and compact discs manufactured to order and shipped to you.

Your licence to use our music

Words and music are © 2026 Joshua Booth (BMI). Recordings are © 2026 Booth Music. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the music — it grants your church or organisation a licence to use it.

Every church kit, sheet music and performance track purchase includes our Church Performance & Streaming License, which permits you to:

  • Perform the song live in your worship services and gatherings
  • Include that performance in your service livestream and its archive
  • Print up to 20 copies of each chart for your own musicians
  • Use the accompaniment tracks in those services

The licence does not permit you to:

  • Share, email, upload or resell the files to anyone outside your church or organisation
  • Post the audio files or PDFs to a public website, file-sharing service or cloud folder open to the public
  • Sell or commercially distribute a recording of your performance
  • Create and distribute your own arrangement for sale
  • Remove or alter copyright notices on the scores

One purchase covers one church or organisation. If your denomination, school or multi-site church needs broader coverage, email us and we will sort out a licence that fits.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Accuracy

We work hard to describe keys, arrangements and formats accurately. If a product is not as described, our Return and refund policy applies.

Availability

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Download links are for your use and should not be forwarded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
